About Cabo Del Mar

Cabo Del Mar is a gated condo community in Huntington Beach, California. Located north of the Bolsa Chica wetlands and close to Warner Avenue, this neighborhood is within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and daily services. The complex entrance way is right off Bolsa Chica Street.

Although Cabo Del Mar is considered to be one of the more affordable communities that are close to the water in this area, residents enjoy country club type facilities. Amenities include a swimming pool, spa, sauna, indoor racquetball, clubhouse, and tennis court. There are many walking trails nearby and it’s a quick bike ride to the beach. There are 288 units with several different floor plans. The one bedrooms range from 535 to 923 square feet while the two bedroom units have 864 to 1,223 square feet. The Home Owners Association dues also cover water, insurance, and trash.

Cabo Del Mar residents have access to many award winning facilities like Harbor View Elementary, Marine View Middle School, and Huntington Beach High School. Several private schools are also available like St. Bonaventure School, Heritage Montessori School, Hebrew Academy, and California Science Academy.

There are many beach boutiques in the Huntington Beach area as well as shopping centers like Bella Terra which is an open-air shopping complex that was designed to reflect Italy’s Tuscan villages. It features stores like: Old Navy; Cost Plus world Market; Bed, Bath and Beyond; and Barnes & Noble. There is also a dining court and several restaurants as well a cinema multiplex and an amphitheater.

The Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve has over 1,400 acres of wetlands, lower mesa, and lowlands that are undeveloped and protected by the California Department of Fish and Game. The center is open seven days a week with live animal exhibits. The beaches and bay of this region offer plenty of water activities like fishing, paddle boarding, and parasailing.
